The OUTSIDE IN invites you to join us for Sommerkampf. Sommerkampf is a temporary art gallery and innovative project space constructed from a freestanding portable storage unit. It will house the work of five young, contemporary artists from Brooklyn and Manhattan. Sommerkampf is a series of separate experimental solo exhibitions incorporating installation, painting, video and performance over consecutive two-week cycles. Sommerkampf is open to the public from June 9 through August 14. Sommerkampf is located at the foot of Tallman Mountain State Park in the southeastern corner of Rockland County, NY, immediately over the Bergen County border from New Jersey, only 15 min north of the GWB and New York City, up into the lower Hudson River Valley. It is quietly nestled under a spruce tree on the wooded property of The OUTSIDE IN.
