NORWOOD, NJ– United Hospice of Rockland's (UHR) 2011 gala, “Dancing With Our Stars,” was held Sunday, June 5, 2011, at the Colonial Inn in Norwood, New Jersey. The event raised more than $150,000 to benefit UHR and honored The Gromack Family and UHR Board Member Ann Byne of The Byne Group for their dedication and support of UHR and the community
More than 350 attendees enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and dinner and dancing and were feted by The Big Band Swing Machine, an 18-piece orchestra. Special entertainment featured “Dancing with Our Stars.” Professional dancers from three Rockland dance studios partnered with Rockland's stars:
