The Best Academic and Career Goals for You

Ramapo, NY – During Summer Session III (July 5 to August 4) a 3 credit course designed to guide you towards an academic and career track that is the best fit for you will be team taught by Professor Bonnie Rosen and Dr. Laurie Miller McNeill. The course,Life, Career and Educational Planning LSK-203, also covers skills and tools for effective job and career searches and interviewing skills. It meets three evenings a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 – 8:40 pm.
For anyone considering which way to go on academic and career tracks, whether you’re just starting or returning to college, or re-evaluating your path for any reason, this course will help. Begin with a psychological assessment to help you better know and understand yourself so you can make better decisions, and then evaluate personality traits and strengths, skills and interests, to find a career that fits your unique profile. Develop better skills in researching, job searching and interviewing. Learn current best practices and be on your way towards the right career for you.
