United Hospice of Rockland (UHR) Honors Major Donors

New City, NY–– United Hospice of Rockland honored major donors at UHR’s annual Circles of Life appreciation event on June15th. About 45 guests, including some legacy society members, enjoyed hors d’oervres at Union Restaurant in Haverstraw. 

           
Currently there are more than 70 Circles of Life members who have qualified by contributing more than $2500 this year. The largest donors are in the Diamond category, those who have donated $25,000 or more are Platinum members, donors of $10,000-$24,999 are listed as Gold members, Silver members have donated $5,000-$9,999, and those who have donated $2,500-$4,999 are Bronze members. The UHR Legacy Society honors individuals who, by including Hospice in their estate plans, are helping to ensure the agency’s future.  Planned giving options include:  bequests, charitable trusts, gifts of appreciated stock and gifts of retirement funds or life insurance.
