New City, NY (June 7, 2011) – Harriet Cornell, Chairwoman of the Rockland County Legislature attended the June 7th open house for Project Turning Point, Rockland County's only emergency shelter program dedicated to youth ages 16-21 which provides crisis intervention and respite services to runaway and homeless youth. Chairwoman Cornell, a supporter of needed services for young people, is pictured with Roger Williams, Director of Shelter Services for The Children's Village which runs Project Turning Point.
