Gregory Olori was indicted on July 6, 2011 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crime of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe stated that on or about February 12, 2010 at approximately 9:30 pm, the defendant was observed speeding in the area of Grandview Avenue in the Town of Ramapo. A vehicle and traffic stop was conducted and the defendant was found to be in possession of two ziplock bags containing a white powdery substance. A laboratory report confirmed that the white powdery substance was cocaine and the cocaine weighed 910 milligrams.
