Carlos Chinchilla, Age 24 of Nanuet, NY was sentenced on June 27, 2011, before New York State Supreme Court Justice William A. Kelly to a state prison term of 9 years and 5 years post release supervision after pleading guilty to Criminal Sexual Act in the 1stDegree.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe stated that on or about and between October and December, 2010, the defendant sexually abused the young female victim various times at his residence. The defendant was known to the victim.
