Michael Swift was indicted on July 20, 2011 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crimes of Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe stated that on or about July 10, 2011, the defendant walked upon and around the property of a person who had a valid Order of Protection against him. The defendant repeatedly threatened to kill the protected party and her family and threw a dead squirrel at the victim.
