Sherril Millien was indicted on July 20, 2011 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crimes of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree (2 counts) and Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree (2 counts).
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe stated that on or about September 10, 2010, the defendant deposited a forged check into her account at the JP Morgan Chase Bank located at 410 Route 59, Monsey, in the amount of $700. On or about September 11, 2010, the defendant deposited another forged check into her account in the amount of $800. The checks had been stolen from the victim a couple weeks before and were not filled out by victim. Both checks had victim’s signature forged on the checks.
Jonathan Lopez was indicted on July 20, 2011 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crimes of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe stated that on or about November 22, 2010 at approximately 2:18 pm at Home Depot located in the Palisades Center Mall, the defendant acting individually and in concert with another person, stole $1,709.19 worth of merchandise from the store.
